No body came to my house. My appointment has been canceled 4 times with no courtesy call. After the fact. This is the worst service i have ever witnessed from Sears. This has never happened before. I am highly upset. And my dishwasher is still broken. I rescheduled the next appointment for March 24, after another no show by your staff. Unsatisfactory.
He did not want to speak at first and one of the burners didn't work. My appointment was reschedule twice
The technician was very efficient. He worked quickly. I haven't used the dryer yet, but it is heating up correctly and he put in a new wall plug, also. Thanks so much.
Michael was knowledgeable and informative about our Samsung range. He corrected the issue and had correct parts for our range with him which saved time and expense.
