My Technician was EXCELLENT - some of the best service ever, but the scheduling process was clunky, and it was disappointing that SEARS Home Services didn’t have parts in stock for a SEARS refrigerator, and we had to wait for several days without our main refrigerator.
It was terrible. I took the whole day off of work because they give you a time window between 8 and 5. I could not find out any information about the status of when the repair person would be coming. I called at 4:30 because I still had not heard anything. After 5:00 I got a text saying my appointment was cancelled. I called the company and they wanted to schedule me again the next day between the hours of 8 and 5. Sears did nothing to make it right and there was no communication.
