The service technician was great. If I had to choose Sears Appliance Service again, I would not. Once you make an appointment, you get bomb barded with emails, texts and you can’t reach anyone on the phone. Everything is AI. Your parts don’t show up at your home prior to the service technician showing up so you have to reschedule several times once you agree to the service. You pay $300.00 just for labor.
Friendly and helpful
Appreciated the time he took to explain likely problems and associated cost and process of repairs needed. Opted not to repair due to age of dryer and cost of a new one.
