Friendly and helpful
Appreciated the time he took to explain likely problems and associated cost and process of repairs needed. Opted not to repair due to age of dryer and cost of a new one.
Because I have to give an overall rating I’ll give 3 stars. If I could rate the technician separately I’d give him 5 Stars as he was knowledgeable and managed the repair skillfully! I’d give 1 star for the horrible AI experience! You never can talk to a person directly. My first scheduled apnt, which I took work off for, was cancelled while I was waiting for the technician to arrive. I wasn’t notified or rescheduled. Josh was fantastic. Very professional, very efficient, knew exactly what was wrong and what he was doing. If anything else goes wrong to my appliances, I want him to be the repairman. The cost was extremely reasonable. A great experience. Ruth Gehrmann
