Technician never showed up. They canceled appointment stating we were not home. We were not only home but wife was in the front of the house when tech supposedly showed up. Total fail.
Great experience! Luke came and saved my week in less than an hour… now I don’t have to hand wash my dishes all week.
Excellent service from diagnosis of issue, ordering parts and coming back for the replacement and repair of our washer. Highly recommend.
