I would give 0 starts if I could. This company should not be open. I have been rescheduled 6 times now. Missed work 2 days in a row to be told there is no technician in my area. Customer service (once you fight the bots to get through) is useless as they read a script of what to say. I know the script almost by heart from calling so many times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
