I am an elderly disabled Army Vet and have NEVER in my life had such a horrible experience attempting to get my appliances fixed by anyone. I started requesting repairs in early August of 2025. More than 8 weeks later I am still waiting (Yes, I have been forced to use a laundry mat. Even after thinking items were fixed my appliances ended up still being broke. The technician was professional, polite, knowledgeable and fast.
Ai only booking and scheduling. When I said I wanted a live representative to speak to, I was told by a robot theres no living person available to speak with and schedule with. I said I have bad experiences with AI in the past and want a live representative. If they won't employ real people to speak to, I will not be using their services.
We’ve had three appointments and our dryer still didn’t get fixed. Ended up buying a new one because they wanted to charge us again for the repair they didn’t fix in the first place
