Justin was respectful of my home and swift with his work. Would recommend to others.
First Sears tech fixed the fridge light problem but went bad again after he left. When asked to have tech come back a different one came and told me it would be around $700 dollars to do a complete test. Told him for that amount I would just order a new fridge. He did not even remove the led light to see if the wire the first tech did might have came loose. I payed the fee for the tech to come here but was not happy after paying $179 and problem still not fixed.
The technicians do not call, do not email, and will reschedule or fully cancel the appointments made with no reason given. Trying to contact customer support is near impossible unless you want to listen to an AI assistant for 2 hours saying they cant do anything. If you want to talk to someone you have to call, press 5, then press 2. then whoever answers tell them which department to forward you to and hope to god they dont sent you to Samantha the AI waste of space.
