Fast and efficient service.
Awful service by Charles yesterday. I requested a regular routine maintenance service (which I have used in the past with no problems) on my dryer just to clean it . My dryer was taken completely apart and I was told it needed a new rotor for $384. I questioned the technician why he took my dryer completely apart for just a cleaning (which never happened before) and now my dyer is not working properly.
