Absolute worst experience of any repair I’ve ever had. Called to repair upper oven that wasn’t heating up. They came and repaired oven and didn’t connect properly and then lower oven didn’t work. After several no shows they finally fixed bottom oven and top oven still doesn’t work properly. I paid $600 and didn’t get anything resolved. They don’t have any customer service only AI. No way to contact anyone. Technicians don’t return calls. Avoid this company at all costs. Will be contacting better business bureau.
The technician explained everything that he was doing to me. Showed me what part he needed to order. He was very thorough and very informative. I highly recommend him
