David was a friendly and knowledgeable technician. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our ice maker. He ordered the part which arrived very quickly. We were fortunate that he was assigned the follow up and knew exactly what to do to complete an efficient replacement of the ice maker. He remained polite and respectful throughout the process.
