Ian was very polite. He is efficient and explains what he is doing. We enjoyed his visits.
The Technician, Ian, was prompt and helpful He tested the washer cycle and found no issue with the spin cycle and stated that the problem is overloading that causes the unit to vibrate and move. The floor and unit is level which means that the problem is overloading.
