Paul the technician was very Professional and an excellent Technician. (5 STARS) He has been to my property over the years and consistently performed thorough maintenance on all of the Kitchen and laundry appliances. On the other hand, Sears AI scheduling services suck. Confirmed appointments get canceled and the customer doesn’t get notified. I took 2 days off from work to be on site for these appointments. My technician was knowledgeable polite and efficient. Therefore I gave him five stars. But I do not give Sears five stars. I give Sears one star. My whole Sears experience had nothing to do with the technician on sight. First of all , they have you speak to AI to set up your appointment. They ask you to send photos of your model number of your dishwasher etc and explain your issues which I was happy to do, but I don't believe that they communicate this information to the technicians.
