Our technician was professional, friendly, and explained the options available. He was able to complete the job faster than I thought. I highly recommend him.
Marcus, explained the entire repair process before he even entered my house to check the dryer. He wanted to know if I would agree to the repair process. Which I did. Once he found the the issue, he explained the repair procedure and price, if I wanted to proceed. I decided not to. I had been researching new dryers and a new dryer cost as must as the repair. So I opted to purchase a new dryer. He was thorough, though I think a little nervous in the beginning.
This employee was the best!! I wish all were like him!!
