1) Scheduled window was 12/16/2025 1pm to 5pm. He arrived way outside of window. More than 1 hour late. 2) With no updates to customer. 3) He was super sloppy. He brought booties. But he wore after stepping onto my tiles 4) He did nothing and walked away
Expert experience from the moment arrived until he left. I sincerely appreciated his professionalism, thoughtfulness and customer service skills. The issue was easily diagnosed and resolved in a timely manner. I am very glad that, once again, that the technicians are reliable.
Manuel is quiet, dignified, efficient, and friendly. Also, trustworthy, which is very important. And, as always, he conducts himself as a gentleman.
Technician Robert was very proficient and performed the repair service quickly. He was courteous and mindful about not causing any collateral damage to my property. He cleaned up following the job. Both he and a previous tech named Anthony are wonderful. However, the AI robot scheduling and customer interface is an unequivocal disappointment.
