I have had SEVEN appointments cancelled by this store. I ordered parts to repair my oven drawer. $62 each for plastic glides the size of a quarter. I paid for the repairs to be made. Sears has not shown up or cancelled the appointments. SEVEN times!!!! Arghhhhh. And there is no way to talk to a human!!!
The technician that came to our house was the best. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I hope he comes out to service my machines whenever I need someone
Our service technician was excellent. Very knowledgable and accommodating, he did a job that other techs were afraid of doing.
Our technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, respectful of us and our home and he was mindful of time but through. Would definitely recommend him.
Antonio was awesome. Polite, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. It is a good thing you guys have him because I was very upset that I had to pay for the diagnostic when you couldn’t do the work for two weeks. But because he was so nice and I know it wasn’t really anybody’s fault. I’m just gonna let it go if I can find a new fridge. Thanks again.!!!
