easy appointment process-Carlos was on time and proved knowledgeable about concern.
The technician did good job. It was very quick. My complaint is with your customer service. The inability to talk to a human being and one that you can understand. Scheduling is very poor. Missed appointment times….it goes on and on. I have used Sears maintenance for 37 years but I think it’s time to find someone new.

The technician arrived on the scheduled time. Serviced my appliances quickly and efficiently. He left the work area very clean and made sure all of my issues had been addressed.
