The technicians were professional and courteous. I felt confident that they knew what they were doing. However, Labor charges were extremely excessive!!! One technician came out for less than an hour to diagnose the problem and order the part. The part was delivered directly to me the next day. Another technician came the day after the part was delivered and he was here about 1/2 hour to install it, then went to lunch and came back basically to collect the balance of the payment.
