Joseph was excellent. He was prompt, timely and knowledgable.
I sent picture of model info directly from machine door but first guy did not have correct belt. Parts arrived here over a week ago but could not get back until today even tho I was told they come to my area Tuesday and Thurs. I have been without a dryer over 3 weeks in summer!!!!!
