Aaron was great!
Erin was a good technician and clearly understood the appliance problem. He explained every step of the way and made his reference to the insurance company. We highly recommend Erin as a professional repair technician for your company. Our dishwasher caught on fire while working and then again while off. It was recommended to turn off the breaker for the dishwasher. Problem not solved yet.
Trevor was personable and very efficient. Wonderful service.
Everything is scheduled through AI. I chose an 8-5 day window for them to come. There was a time slot that stated they would come 9-11 and the time kept changing until 11 am. 4 pm came by and I get a text from an AI agent saying they can't make it and gave me 3 days to choose from. I chose one, and then another agent texted within 30 minutes saying they needed to reschedule again. A wasted day. You can't get anybody on the phone. Trash service.
