Update 4/30/25 - So they finally showed up for an appointment after four tries. All the technician does is look for the serial code, order the part, and says he's done and will have to come back another day to fix my oven. What? Four days of missed work for him to just take a picture! I provided all of the information from my oven, including pictures. If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had my third cancelled appointment to fix my oven in the past month. They have only AI and foreigners to talk to, which is absolutely no help at all. They schedule their appointments from 8 am - 5 pm with no updates. If you reach out to AI, they will tell you your appointment is confirmed and then 10 minutes later they will cancel it forcing you to miss a full day of work for absolutely nothing. It's Easter weekend and I'm now without an oven because my appointment was cancelled again.... read more
