Stephen, technician, was excellent. The repair company, not so much. He came, diagnosed problem, ordered part, said it would be here in 3 days and scheduled himself to return 2 days after that. Part came and the company began weekly rescheduling. No ability to talk to a human, the AI bots could not tell me why. After 4th reschedule with no notice I finally found a place on website that said the part had not been ordered.
