Both technicians couldn't have been more informative and helpful. These guys are a great example of customer service.
Update I had to use their service again and it was a disaster. They have to customer service representatives anymore. It’s all AI chat and you can’t get anything done through it. My first review was a 5 star but this was so bad I’m changing it. The technicians are good but the customer service doesn’t exist. They changed my appointment 3 times without seeing if I was available for the new date. Will not use them again. Very professional and knowledgeable.
