Bait and switch. I was told the $250+ diagnostic fee would go towards parts and labor. Only to be told AFTER that it didn’t apply towards microwaves. Now I’m out nearly $300 and my appliance is still toast. I want a refund. Horrible scam.
I was told the charge would be $129.00 + tax for the call. It was for a Webber Gas Grill repair .When the technician came he couldn't repair it & i needed a teplacement part which he could not get. The charge was $199.00 + tax =$215.00 which i had to pay with a debit card on line which made me very upset! I tried to call Sears Repair & could get a direct number & he said he didn't have one . He said Gas Grill calls were more expensive which makes no sense to me as it was not mentioned on your site when i placed the order for... read more
Patrick was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable about our frig and the repair to it. I apologize but I forget his trainees name but he also was very helpful and professional. He will be a great asset to sears.
