Refrigerator began leaking water again 4 hoirs later
The tech arrived in a timely manner, was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He provided tips on annual maintenance to avoid the situation in the future. Additionally, I didn’t mention any pricing because I don’t have the Sears Warranty, I have a different warranty company and the charges were already part of my contract. Thanks, PSA
Friendly fast and reliable
Service is awful. Waiting 3 months to have washer fixed. 4 times canceled on. Terrible.
We could not understand technician on phone or in person. He quoted $600 to replace ice maker then $500 Wanted to sell us a service warranty for all our appliances. We hired someone else.
