The tech would not listen and kept repeating himself nothing got fixed i had to ask him to leave
I called to have them come out to service our GE Cafe fridge as it was not cooling. It took them 1 week to get out. When the technician arrived she stated that she was new but that another technician was waiting in the van in case she needed his assistance. After approx. 1/2 hour she stated it needed a new board which cost $1000. It took another week and 1/2 for the part to come in and get the technician out.
