Worst experience with a repair company I've ever experienced. You can't reach a real person at all. Everything is AI - EVERYTHING. They came out the first time, needed to order parts, and scheduled a follow up appointment. They sent me a text offering a sooner time, but it wouldn't let me reschedule. Then, they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to be there. I tried calling, and it just sent me in one big circle without talking to anyone.
