My refrigerator had stopped cooling. My home warranty company sent Sears Appliance Repair to look at it. The technician troubleshot it to a bad timing module. It was supposed to take a week for the new module to arrive but it arrived early and the technician came out the next day and replaced it. The refrigerator is back to cooling like new. My only complaint is a very minor one. Their appointment window is 8:00 am to 5:00 pm when most other companies are 4 hour windows. Other than that I'm extremely happy with their service... read more

Kossivi is smart and kind. He works hard and explains the problem well. His customer service is excellent.
The Tech was knowledgeable,polite, clean, neat,and well spoken. Not a problem to understand what he said. He explained the situation well. I was extremely pleased. He was also neat,tidy and did not track in snow. Sears hit the jackpot with him as an employee.
