Horrible experience with our technician Keith! He broke the dishwasher. He was supposed to fix along with the garbage disposal, then left the job without finishing! He also scratched my new wood floors while trying to “fix” the dishwasher. Everything is AI so you never talk to anyone real. Its utter BS and I am filing with the BBB.
