This place is a rip off don't use them for repairs. I wish I could have given them 0 stars, but Google forced me to give them 1 star. I don't take the time to write bad reviews but I felt I needed too to save someone else the headache and spending hard earned money for nothing. I'm sure you are thinking its Sears they have been in business for years, but don't because that is the same thought I had. I just paid $138 ($129 tech fee + tax) for the tech to tell me it would be $1300 to fix my stove heat regulators. Which is insa... read more
