Very nice repair man but was totally wrong on his diagnostic for the icemaker failure. Said was broken wire in the kitchen aid refrigerator door (needed a new door) because no power to icemaker. Actually was just icemaker failure. Instead of $1000 fix was $200.
Efficient and polite.
Chris is friendly& polite. Very detailed and thorough.. Was quick to order parts and get back to make the repairs. Unfortunately one part is discontinued and he filed the reports immediately with Sears. He explained the next process clearly. His service behavior is more like an owner than an employee. You can tell he has an excellent attitude and Sears needs more people like him.
