Scheduled service for 10/8/25 between 1-5. Around 4pm I received a text stating they re-scheduled service for 10/9 between 8-12. No one showed 10/9 either. No communication other than automated emails, including one saying they were happy my appliance is back up and running (it wasn't). I took time off work over 2 days for these scheduled repairs, you should not screw around with your customers like this with 2 days of no-calling/no-showing.
