Eli arrived on time, provided me details on the issue and kept me updated. Most importantly, it was fast and the dryer is working! Excellent service!!
Eli was the same tech that assessed the repair, ordered the parts and repaired the machine. He ran a wash cycle to make sure the washer is working. I will have to wash some loads to see if the problem has been resolved.
