They have been assigned for my ac repair through my home warranty company for my ac unit. First time 2 years ago and they replaced the unit. Unit has stopped working multiple times since installation and the last time they were out they diagnosed as a bad motherboard. Had to order the part through the warranty of the manufacturer. Cool.
