I would give him a zero but that was not available. This man was the worst. First I have him on my doorbell camera taking a picture of my door at 1023am. My husband open the door at 1025am just to see the man pulling off. So I called him several times and left a message. He calls me back 30 minutes later to say he wanted for 10 minutes before he left. Absolutely horrible service plus very dishonest.

Terrence was very nice and knowledgeable. To repair my refrigerator would be expensive so I decided to purchase a new refrigerator.
