William, the service repair man, arrived and immediately told me that I had an electrical problem that needed to be resolved. The dryer was unplugged. As he attempted to plug it up, there were a spark. He stopped with the repairs and told me to have the electrical problem fixed and he would return. I was supposed to get the dryer fixed, instead I got another repair call.
I would give him a zero but that was not available. This man was the worst. First I have him on my doorbell camera taking a picture of my door at 1023am. My husband open the door at 1025am just to see the man pulling off. So I called him several times and left a message. He calls me back 30 minutes later to say he wanted for 10 minutes before he left. Absolutely horrible service plus very dishonest.
Customer service is horrivle
