William was very professional and very patient with my senior mom. He took the time to explain each option to her. He also had the parts on hand to make the repairs right away. Very pleasant and excellent customer service
Thorough, knowledgeable and fast
Thomas was exceptional! He arrived at the provided time and did the diagnostic testing needed to determine what part was needed to repair the ice maker in the refrigerator. He ordered the part while at the house and it arrived via UPS the next day. He returned at the provided time and took care of the repair. He was very friendly but also very professional.
