Derrick took his time trying to find the problem or problems. He was very courteous and explained what he was doing. He answered all of my questions . I highly recommend him.
Luis quickly identified the problem with the leaking dishwasher and ordered the necessary parts. He returned promptly and repaired the leak. He is a very nice, highly skilled professional—the best. I am so glad they sent Luis.
He was in a rush… excused himself for being abrasive due to the window of time he had before they had to charge the deductible… Left because he didn’t have the part… Came back when he did have the part… Something was done and it’s working, but he didn’t brief me… he just told me he was done and left.
