Was not able to repair but provided great feedback!
The AI customer service is OUTRAGEOUSLY unhelpful. The system locks you up and there's no way to get out of the confusing directions. Unable to check whether order was canceled. Like being in Alice's nightmare. HORRIBLE
Literally impossible to talk to a real person at customer support. The address listed here is fake, and there is nobody from the company present at the listed address.
