Luis was superb he listened to the issue I was having and went right to work. Less than one hour issue was resolved. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

Although Lewis did a great job the dishwasher is still not heating, cleaning or drying the dishes. Also it is not desolving the detergent pod completely.
