Michael has come twice to repair the washing machine covered by Assurant protection plan. He’s knowledgeable, able to explain what issues he’s addressing and the parts needed. He explained that the part the company recommends to use for replacement of the part actually doesn’t fit the structure of the machine. Michael is punctual, very pleasant while remaining professional, and respectful of the household.
Phil was knowledgeable, respectful, thorough, and was able to show me what needed to be fixed in order to get the dishwasher operational again. He also gave me regular cleaning tips that could help prevent this issue again. Will use Sears for all my next appliance repair needs!
Really nice guy
So happy he showed up early on Saturday. I told him what i thought was wrong with the oven. He confirmed i was right. Ordered the part scheduled to return visit. It ended up being a Friday. And i was supposed to go to work that day. So i hoped he would arrive early enough so i could still get to work and do my shift. And even though the schedule said he would arrive between 12 and 2.
