I liked the service received by Ravi the technician. However, getting a technician in a timely manner was an issue.
Had a problem with my LG fridge not cooling, the compressor was the issue, Sears provided fast service, the only thing I didn’t like was that the technician left the old parts for me to dispose. I paid over $1,000 dollars and the last thing I want to do is look for the proper place to dispose the parts, I feel this service should be included in service.
My refrigerator went out in Dec. Sears has come over there times since then and temporarily gotten it going again only to have it stop within a week. Sears has cancelled nearly a dozen appts and "rescheduled" knowing this is a household with two school aged children! No working refrigerator for four months is outrageous! This last time, Sears has cxl three weeks in a row! Today they just cxl coming again claiming they have no technicians!
