The scheduling is the worst I have ever experienced. My first call for service was in March of 2025. I received a service date nearly a month out. Night before I get a text notifying me that they had “unforeseen circumstances” and needed to reschedule. So I did. Another month out. Well, guess what. Same thing!! Reschedule again. So another month out… this happened 5 times!!!!!! So here we are in August, they finally show up and see that my ice maker is broken. Just like I told them. So they order the part.
