The technician provided excellent service and was very professionally.
We contacted Sears for our LG fridge which was having problems. The freezer wasn't freezing anymore, the fridge wasn't cold and the ice maker stopped working. First, we had to wait until Tuesday when we contacted them the Friday before for an appointment. They say "same day" but that wasn't the case in our situation. We scheduled for a Tuesday from 1-5. The Sears tech was on time, very knowledgeable, found the problem and is in the process of getting it done when the part arrives to repair the refrigerator.
