Joseph completed the repair with no problem. My only issue was not having timely updates to his arrival on the day of service. The website link to our appointment never updated the time or the map, accurately or in a timely manner. Additionally, our original service date was on a Saturday; because, of our work schedules. He was such a great guy, couldn’t ask for a nicer person. He was very friendly, explained everything, and it was no problem whatsoever. I hope that I ever have anymore concerns with any of my appliances that I need your company for I hope I am possibly able to ask for him. He is great.👍😊
