Joshua was the best. It wasn’t easy I don’t think but he worked diligently and fixed my oven and he cleaned the coils on my refrigerator very thoroughly. I am very happy with the job he did. I will recommend Sears to everyone I know who requires any appliance repairs. Joshua’s goal was to make me a happy customer and he did!!
