Joseph is a very talented person and knows his jobs.
The technician was quiet but did the job he came to do.
Didn’t really like his attitude, didn’t like the fact that he talk like I was ignorant not listening and he was laughing (wasn’t funny at all to me). He wasn’t professional enough to really help me to understand about the unit and the problem. Jerome from Sears came here last year 2025 in August said Freon it was a little too much Freon and took some out, now this guy here in July 2026 he’s putting some Freon back saying it was a little too low.
