The repairman was great, but going through the AI. Sears communication was terrible in every sense of the word! Sears also stood me up for of my appointments after I had managed my schedule to be there one day all afternoon and the next day all morning and they never showed up at all. Once the weekend passed I finally got a man at my house who overstayed his time in order to make me his last customer at seven at night, and he was very professional and considerate.
Very respectful and knowledgeable! Nicest repair man I’ve ever met and I appreciated his honesty!
Our tech was nice enough, but as stated by so many others, part not available, even if it was it was $900 dollars, etc etc. only could talk to AI so waited 4 hours and was told my appt was cancelled (by another AI) only to have him show up 1 minute before the end of time allotment. Waste of money, don’t bother.
