Very easy booking process and the technician was friendly and knowledgeable.
Technician was terrific, but your website needs work. First, the appt. was between 8 and 5. Then the morning of the appt. I was told between 8:30 and 10 AM. Then, when it was nearly 11AM, the time was changed to between 2:04 and 2:47, and finally to sometime after 3. You need to give smaller, more accurate time windows.
Service very good, parts delivery and time to complete repair. Not good.
My repairman was educational of the questions asked. Very professional.
My technician, Jose, was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem.
