The service tech was good, knowledgeable, and personable. I am ok paying $129 for diagnostics, bit $2k to replace a bearing is a bit overpriced with replacing many of the internal components under their recommended repair. I think they are just making money off the service calls vs repairs. This should only reflect the company, not the service tech.
Jose Carlos was friendly and professional. He was up on the roof and fixed the a/c. Impressive work so quick. He explained what he found and asked what temp we set it at.
No one showed up! They haven’t for any appointments. Yet sent an invoice for repairs that were never done! And forged my signature.
He not only diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely manner, he gave me valuable tips on caring for my refrigerator. Polite, respectful.
We are delighted to recommend Sears Home Services. The technician was competent and skilled and highly knowledgeable for the job. Efficiency at it best was demonstrated.
