Repair was done to my refrigerator. Door was taken off and put back on incorrectly. Misaligned and pops open. A Big one star for sears home service customer service. It is all AI. All numbers lead to the same AI. I called 5 different numbers. I even called the corp headquarters and got the same AI. No live person is available. They have a repair email on my invoice. But no reply. FYI number from owner reply on review is AI.
Today Tam came out to fix my refrigerator. He is always so professional and did a great job. Waiting for everything to cool down, so I can go to the store. The freezer wasn’t freezing my food, then the fridge side stopped cooling while I was waiting for the parts to get here. I lost so much food. I didn’t know the fridge wouldn’t work because the freezer section wasn’t working. What a mess!!! Sears only uses AI and I can’t reach anyone to talk to.
