This is the worst service I have ever experienced. After taking off work for a full day, because the service window was 8:00am-5:00pm, I never received a phone call, and the service technician (Anthony) did not arrive. I then received 8 emails, with claims ranging from the service was complete, to it was canceled, to stating I had signed a form (the attachment would not open) confirming the service was complete, and then a receipt for charges to my credit card for service that never happened. Tony is an excellent technician, knowledgeable and professional. He diagnoses the issue quickly and explains it clearly to me. Tony keeps me updated as to the process and is always accurate as to ordering parts and arrival times. I would prefer that he is assigned to me whenever I need a repair. Good job Tony!
