Terrible company. Would give zero star if possible. No way to talk to a human on the phone. The tech that came out lied and said he replaced parts when he did not. He did not have tools when he showed up. He attempted to diagnose by plugging and plugging unit. Called manufacturer to have them walk him through fixing the unit then gave up and left. Terrible company
Kevin was amazing. Knowledgeable, kind, great manner, efficient.
My washer would have cot $500 TO FIX so I paid $137 for nothing. Also I was supposed to get A coupon for $50 off thru union plus and I didn't. Anyone who has an older appliance sould never use this service.
