Very nice repairman! He was helpful and pleasant!
So, I again was scheduled for the repairs to my refrigerator for today between 8 AM and Noon. I just got a call from the service tech stating that he did not have the parts and asked me if I did. Needless to say, my frustration of not getting this refrigerator fixed after waiting over a month and four cancelled appointments boiled over. I have already spoken to my bank about this situation and a claim has been filed with their fraud department. I will be speaking to the sheriff's department about this also.
