Joe was great! The first tech who looked at my dryer lamented over the brand, told me how difficult my machine is to repair but Joe was no nonsense and made it look easy. Nice chitchat, he reminded me of my dad and I was very comfortable having him in my home.
Sears home warranty work is so far excellent
I'm trying to leave a review that is less than one star and I'm not able to. I scheduled two different refrigerator repair appointments, only to receive a text at noon each day that says, "Due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to have a technician available today to service your appliance." Absolutely the worst experience in my life with trying to get appliance service. What a dumpster fire of an organization. Shouldn't be in business. I'll be contacting the BBB also.
