I have an open case since June 2024 with my Bosch dryer, which is under Protection agreement. It was determined that a drug needed to be replaced. I waited for months to be told that they could not locate the drum after a couple of months the drum was delivered, 6 different appointments scheduled. to install it Technician never showed up when I called I was told that the machine was going to be replaced and for me to wait seven days and if I didn’t hear from anyone, I should call back.
