I was disappointed with the service of this company. It is not possible to talk with a human when making an appointment. I have an older machine and was told by the technician that parts to fix a leak are no longer available. I was told I could buy a warranty at a $700+ per year cost and perhaps a part could ultimately be found. If I had been able to speak with someone before, they could have checked if gaskets necessary to repair a leak still exist, saving me the $140 visit. The worst in the business. I will not recommend them. They installed a new A/C system that cost me tens of thousands of dollars. The installation was horrible; cheap parts and hurriedly installed. It’s been 4 years, still under warranty and I’ve spent thousands of dollars trying to fix their mess. They will not even send a technician to do the annual maintenance despite the warranty. Sears has refused to send anyone to fix their mess. They never have a technician available and they always refuse to reimburse you for your exp... read more
