If you’re in the east bay, ask for Desmond. The most professional and thorough technician troubleshooting my fridge and oven issues and resolved it quickly. Very nice and courteous. Sears, please add another 100 technicians like Desmond and should get rid of the A.I. system immediately since is a waste of time and repeat itself constantly. Five Stars is not enough to rate Desmond. It should be 100 stars! We need real interaction with people, not dumb robotic system!
Pleasant and good communication of repairs
The repair Tech had the opinion that 43° was not a bad temperature for a refrigerator. Anything close to 40 was fine so he checked the air passages and cleaned some dust off in the back with the door closed for 14 hours. The result was the refrigerator running at 40° well set at 34.
