I waited a week for my first appointment to fix my AC and it was scheduled for Friday 8-1, I took the day off because of the 11 hr window supplied by Sears. received a message 7:45PM on 8-1 stating they would not be keeping the appointment, an entire day wasted. The phone number and chatbot supplied are useless to get updated info on your appointment.
