My washing machine decided to eat a pillow case. We could not get it out. We could not remove the agitator either. The technician came on time and removed the pillow case. Tested everything. We are pleased

Ron had excellent knowledge of his trade. However, the two previous techs sent out to diagnose my dryer’s problem get one star reviews. Also, Sear’s scheduling process for service using AI is terrible. When service callbacks are necessary because of misdiagnoses of earlier calls, it’s nearly impossible to schedule without being charged with unwarranted charges.
