Updated 10/21/25: Still the worst repair ever. It has now been over 3 weeks and it's still not fixed. They are just guessing, and time just keeps going. They are suppose to come back NEXT Tuesday now and try ANOTHER part. That will be 4 weeks without a refrigerator. This repair was requested via American Home Shield. Unfortunately my fridge is still not fixed. It's not cooling and the ice maker is not working. First visit he said, almost immediately that it was the compressor and it would be $1000.00. My husband said that this was insurance and he backed down and said it was a thermostat.
