Examined and explained about how Heat Pumps work. Adjusted the defrosting frequency. Seemed very knowledgeable. Went about his work professionally. Was friendly
This is the 2nd visit in a week and the dryer is still not functioning properly. Running for hours. There seems to be little to no heat.

The washer is still not working after it was fixed apparently with the control board panel. It was a quick repair but not the right diagnostic for my washer and still doing the same the thing as last time. The sensor was broken before and cause it to stop after filling and before starting to wash. And turns off after then I would have restart and it does over again the same thing.
