Update in response to the owner's reply: As you can see from the owner's response below, they asked me to call the number they provided. I did exactly that, hoping to finally speak with someone about what happened. Unfortunately, it simply routed me back into the same automated AI phone system that caused the original problem. Tech was very friendly, informative and efficient. He explained everything he was doing and what he was assessing. Great debrief on what to expect, and when to call back if ice maker does not start working. Text message and email updates were super helpful prior to the repair day and day of the repair. Work was covered under warranty. The pre-work shipping of parts of needed was super smart. It was determined that the ice maker was not functioning properly.
Our technician was quick and knowledgeable. He showed us everything we needed to know to keep our lawnmower running and fixed everything.
