Olusagun was great. He diligently repaired my microwave with ease and explained the cause of the problem. If I need another repair I would not hesitate to ask for him. He was thorough s d was able to answer all questions.
The technician was friendly, professional and honest.
Olusegun knowledgeable of the product fixed the problem after three appointments before him.
Although the repair guy was helpful and knowledgeable, the pricing through Sears to repair was too expensive.
