If there's zero star, I will give it. It's the worse service that I have ever received and will never use Sears/A&E again. My refrigerator was not getting cool enough. The technician immediately walked in and reminded me of the diagnosis fee of $129 without first looking at my refrigerator. He then tells me that the Freon is leaking without checking it or running any test or show me where the leak is from.
