Sears Home Repair is a waste of time…we’ve had them out 2x in 6 months. 1x for refrigerator & today for the washer. They sent the same useless guy both times. With our refrigerator repair he had no clue what to do & it was obvious from the moment he walked in. He was just talking nonstop filling the time & ultimately did no repair. The noise we called about was persistent when he left & still persists today months later yet he charged us $179 to “diagnose” nothing. No one has came to my house. I received several appointment However, NO one ever showed.. I got a message saying your tech. Has arrived. No one ever showed
The technician did not tell me the price or reviewing the charge with me at all. My insurance told me that the service call was $75.00. The technician did not do anything but turn the unit on and check the freon and left my home. The information in my email sent to me states labor charge and labor for what?
He was not able to fix the problem
