What a huge disaapointment, Sears! I scheduled a washing machine repair with Sears expecting a knowledgeable technician, but the experience was extremely disappointing. Before arriving, David asked several questions about the brand, model, and issue, which I assumed was part of preparing for the visit. However, once he arrived, it became clear he did not know how to diagnose the problem.
