Robert is a wonderful smart technician and have enjoyed having him work with our appliances.
The tech appeared within the scheduled time, worked quickly and efficiently to do the preventative maintenance. Well worth the money.
The Technician Ronald was very knowledgeable and very nice demeanor. He diagnosed my dishwasher problem and If I have any other problems with appliances I would want him to work on them. Very nice experience.
No tools. No idea how to test mini split heat pump system. Tried to educate me on how the system works but had no idea how to fix it. Another wasted day with Sears.
Daquan was excellent. Hope we get him next time we need a technician. Very knowledgeable and friendly.
