Though the tech was delayed for a few days which kind of annoyed me the service made me forget about it. The lawn tractor cuts better than ever. The tech was great would use again.
Had 4 appliances "Preventative Maintenance" Done, usually they send me 2 tech.'s and only one actually makes it on the date of my appointment. This time however they sent 1 tech. who could service all my appliances, he was very Professional, knew his stuff, and on time..............Way to go Sears, keep up the good Customer Service.
They fixed my dryer and after running it once, it stopped working. When I called, I was told I needed to wait 24 hours to schedule someone to look at it. When the technician came back, he gave me an attitude. Will never use Sears again.
