The gentleman was very professional, efficient, and polite. There were scheduling issues that delayed the repair but that was no fault of Sears or the technician. Once he got to the house he was finished in no time.

Jamie is an excellent technician...very polite, very knowledgeable and personable....love working with him... Update: Had another problem with frig..called Sears..sent a tech out (was not Jamie) was told need a part ...they place part on order...well 3 weeks later part did not arrive...called sears..they couldn't tell me if the part was in transit, had the part been located or any "status" on where or when the part will arrive...all the while we were paying the monthly fee...well long story short...we canceled the service co... read more
