I have been dealing with Sears Home Repair for months and cannot recommend. They did a diagnostic for my dryer and ordered parts and a follow-up repair. I paid for the diagnostic, parts, and labor all at the same time. The parts arrived but the technicians could not see that they were delivered in the system so they kept cancelling appointments on me. Eventually I requested a refund (just on the follow-up appointment) because I was tired of waiting on them to sort out their scheduling while I was now sitting on two sets of p... read more
