Buyer Beware If anyone is considering taking a Sears Home Appliance contract, DO NOT. It is nothing but a scam. I’ve been paying a monthly fee for over a year. My dishwasher needs service and I made an appointment. They gave me a date between 8am & 5pm. The morning of the appointment, they rescheduled for a week away. This is the third time this has happened. There is no human to talk to. Everything is AI assisted. Read the reviews before you act. Unfortunately, I did not.
My tech, Jaime, was excellent! Very knowledgeable, explained every detail that he was doing and showed me what it would do. I couldn’t have asked for a better tech to come to my house. I’m so glad I finally have got this problem resolved after six cancellations you did on me for unforeseen circumstances, which I don’t know what that was and no one would explain it to me. But when.Jaimie He was so pleasant. It made me forget what all you’ve put me through with this refrigerator.
I give the technician a 10. The technician was excellent. Very knowledgeable, polite and cared about what he was doing. Went above and beyond to address our concerns and locate the issue.
