I do not recommend purchasing an extended warranty repair plan from Sears. I paid $429 and some change for a four year extended warranty repair for my stove. One of the burners stopped working so I reached out to Sears. Making the appointment was very easy. That's when the train went off the tracks. Five weeks in a row, I have had an appointment with them on Thursday. After numerous messages about arrival times and different technicians over multiple days, Forrest G showed up. He was totally professional, corrected erroneous information on my account, got the call assigned to my MPA and fixed my dishwasher problem. I'd give him six stars if possible.
