Wayne was excellent. He came pretty quickly and was helpful and knowledgeable
The repair guy, David, was great. My only complaint is that when I made the appointment I was offered 10% off, but I wasn't able to access the coupon for that so I didn't get the discount.
The technician was wonderful. Got the job done in less than 45 minutes however, The automated assistant stated they would be here between 8 AM and noon. The tech didn’t show up until 4:45 PM. Both technicians the one that did the diagnostic and the one that did the repair were great very knowledgeable very honest and very helpful.
