Very poor experience with this Delhi-based business. They gave false commitments and did not deliver the service they promised. I had to follow up multiple times just to get basic responses. The quality of work was poor, and the customer service was even worse. It felt dishonest and untrustworthy from start to finish.
I would not trust this business again. At first, everything sounded smooth and professional, but after payment, they stopped responding properly. There were constant delays, unclear communication, and no real support. The overall service felt misleading and unreliable. It was a very disappointing experience.
Totally overpriced ..$300 labor for 5 minute replacement of a $40 fuse. As a former field engineer I should have done it myself . The repair person was good so no problem there but I will not be calling you again
