The Techinician explain what wrong with ra ge. He was very nice and he was on time.
Service person was supposed to arrive between 8am-12pm. Arrived at 1:20pm. Only opened the doors on the refrigerator and freezer and then tried to charge me saying everything looked fine. Waste of my time and money. I could have googled the issue for better resolution.
He told me what was wrong and answered all my questions. Told me what to expect and I appreciated that. Very pleasant.
Doesn't change anything Gas Dryer still doesn't dry my clothes and before yes..I need a better rep to spoke spanish..call me again to set up another appointment
