As part of my 5 year warranty the Sears tech checked all the elements of my dishwasher. He also shared some important information on how the machine works and how to clean the filter. He was very helpful.
Updated 6/16/2026 I am updating my original review because Sears ultimately resolved my complaint and replaced my wall oven. This was a very long and frustrating process that took more than a year to resolve. After 3 visits by Sears technicians and 2 cancellations, Harvey finally fixed my refrigerator. He arrived around 6:30pm and finished around 8:30pm. I appreciate him working late to get it solved. Sears needs to do a better job at scheduling!
