Edit update. It's getting worse they removed the contact info from the review and won't respond to my calls. If you have a contract they will find a way for an extra charge. Disgusting. We have a service contract on our oven and it's giving issues. They will repair it but I have to pay $500 to replace the front window. The stove isn't worth that and then also it needs a top plate and a coil. Those are covered but not the window. Without the window they won't install the parts I'm owed. This is a scam. Don't buy from them. I've been using this oven for 5 years the way it is.
Braydon was very good and efficient. Unfortunately he was not supplied with the necessary part.
Appreciate the updates as to when to expect the service tech to arrive and the photo as well. The service tech was very professional in solving the issue we had and diagnosed the problem quickly - also he was very considerate with our appliances and took care to protect the range under the microwave he was servicing.
