Went great, got a message as to when Richard was arriving which was accurate. Richard was very nice, I showed him where the dryer was, he found the problem and I'm doing laundry now. Thank you Sears and Richard for good, prompt and satisfying services.
I purchased the LG washer and dryer front loaders from Lowe’s along with the 5 year warranty. Lowe’s delivery people hooked up the washer and dryer and did a quick wash and ran the dryer for about 5 minutes. And then left. I have ran 5 loads through the wash/dryer and on 2 different occasions I found water on the floor. I contacted Lowe’s to submit a repair request and they connected me with LG. Tech was on time, very knowledgeable, diagnosed issue immediately and replaced broken part.
Billy was great! He came out early and replaced the capacitor on our air conditioner. Unfortunately, our house is still NOT cooling down. I have tried several times unsuccessfully to get in touch withhim and tell him that the problem is absolutely not fixed. When I tried the AI HELP, the first available appointment was July 17 and we cannot go that long without air-conditioning.
