Very knowledgeable and service oriented
worse company to deal with...they give you the run around and their technicians are worthless. They have sent 6 technicians and not able to resolve our refrigerator issue. Claim #: 000743512136617
Maybe they can resolve simple repairs but when it comes to complicated issues they just give you the run around. Forget about higher end brand appliances...thy are the worse...you end yup hours with their unknowledgeable support team and no results. They had to get a 3rd party service team to fic my miele oven and the guy that came made it worse. DO NOT use them at all. claim#: 845114
Excellent service
Rawle was very friendly and competent! He repaired the problem quickly and explained it to us. We were very satisfied. The refrigerator worked fine for one day and then again would not cool. We are now waiting for service again!
