The problem we experienced was changes in appointments that we supposedly had made. When we contacted the company, we were told the reason was that the parts were arriving late. We had to call several times to let them know the parts had arrived! There was clearly a lack of communication on their part.
Our technician was professional and assisted with the maintenance of our refrigerator.
