The AI that they use for communication is horrible... I keep getting it rescheduled multiple times... it is ridiculous... I was never able to talk to a human to get my appliances fixed. I have Home Warranty so I had no choice but to use Sears as the provider.
Alberto did an excellent job explaining what could have caused the problem and took the time to answer all of my questions. He was very careful while working around the area and treated everything with great care and professionalism. I truly appreciate his attention to detail and would definitely recommend his services.
