Technician installed part and left. He was professional. After leaving and I turned in my washing machine, it did not fix the problem. There is still water in the machine and it does not finish the cycle. I spent $795 and nothing has changed. I need this fixed or send my money back.
Scheduled appt between 8 to 5 called me at 7:30 getting kids to school didn’t see till 8:15 called him back at 8:30 he said American home shield cancelled because I didn’t answer as he was still parked down my street said to reschedule really so still without refrigerator less than single star
Ga. O well after the hone visit the gentlemen did not use anything to check he just diagnise by looking and he told me my repairs were so much i dont think is correct so am not happy he dint even press anything to get a diagnos am not happy . If i can get a supervisor to call me i would appresiate i pay $137 dls for him just to open the door and tell me all this with out even openning or cheking the panel.
