A technician named Randy was very rude to me. Yelled at me over the phone. My AC is out and he never responded to my house when he said that he was. I don’t know how this guy’s still employed with the company. All I see are bad reviews about him.
It doesn’t exist!!!!!
I was quoted $800 to replace a $200 part on my 1.5 year old washer. I ended up just purchasing the part myself and replaced it in under an hour. At minimum a 100% markup on the required labor and materials to make the repair.
I dont understand how this company employs a technician that's very rude and unprofessional I had a guy named Randy Scheel came to visit my AC couple times with a nasty actitude I asked him couples questions about concerns of my AC this man I had nasty answer and look at me with angry face He refused answer my questions and turned his back to me while yelling at me saying contact your warranty company .
