Todd was right on time and knew exactly what to do to service filter and ice maker issues. He was very pleasant.
Great, timely and accurate communication. Prompt, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Todd has been out to us for repair a couple of times and assessment, part ordering and repair is always top-notch!
Phillip, the Sears technician that worked on my washing machine was great. The overall Sears service, not so much. Too much “AI” involvement. I would have liked to actually talk to a person for this repair. There were so many things an AI can’t do. It has a script, and if anything deviates from that script, it’s lost. There needs to be an actual person option
Very good service the technician was very knowledgable showed up on time and did the repair. He also gave some information on how to better take care of my machine in the future! Outstanding service!
