Mike was nice and explained the issue and my options for the repair. Unfortunately, the repair was costly (nearly as much as a new microwave) I would have been more likely to have gone with the repair if he had the necessary part on the truck. No part was available - even though I had given all the information about the problem when I made the appointment.
Michael our technician was outstanding! On time, professional and courteous, he resolved our issue quickly and efficiently.
The technician did not showed up after providing proper address. No calls were received from technician. Do I need to reschedule?
Our repairman was very friendly, knowledgeable and handled the problem!
Very quick with repair once parts were received. But he left all the packing and old parts for me to try to dispose of. It's too large for regular can and will need me to take a trip to the dump.
