Michael, our Sears tech, was prompt, professional, and very kind. I would like to have him service all of my appliances.
This technician really really knows his stuff I would pay any thing to keep him with this organization. He ie really sharp.
Michael texted he would be on his way. When he arrived, he went right to work. He ordered a light bulb for the dryer and said he would return to install it. Very nice guy.
