Phillip was absolutely amazing! He arrived early got the job quick and was excellent! Absolute professional. Thank you so much!
We waited 3 1/2 days for him to show up. Not being able to leave our house 2 of those days because they gave us a window of tine he woukd show up (8 am to 8 pm) Then he told us the part is not even available. I think its a scam. Here 30 minutes, charges you $125 service call fee. Doesn't fix anything or give you options. Also, I will never buy another Samsung product again.
Nice guy, did a good job, but wrong part had been ordered; he left without being able to complete repair and would not order correct part. Now we still have a broken dishwasher with no way to fix it.
Terrible customer service 03-23-2026 from the older Sears technician. The younger trainee was pleasant and professional. The part that was ordered for our freezer ice maker did not resolve the problem with our refrigerator/freezer. My husband is a 30 year USMC veteran that was cursed at by the Sears technician. My husband asked the technician to leave our home. This is unprofessional and poor customer service. I do not want this Sears technician to EVER return to our home.
