This is an ongoing issue for 2 months now. Sears system is a mess. The AI system is the worst to deal with. Can't get the same technician. 1 says ine thingnorders a part and the next tech to put the part in says that doesn't work after we paid for the part. Next tech says it's the main board and it's not made anymore so we are now on our own. With no refunds and they took the part ordered and we paid for it. Max was great. The process of getting repair was an absolute nightmare ... 7 cancellations before we finally got our repair. MAX WAS GREAT. Everything else about Sears Appliance Repair is trash.
