The technician that I had today, Cody technician ID 7443 was indeed a 5 out of five. He wasn't able to fix our ice maker because it was not fixable but the previous technician who I know no other way than Richard N. did not do a thorough diagnostic assessment and just went with the most obvious problem. He was friendly enough so I rated him a five but I would like to now say that he is a 1 at best. If I could rate him zero, I would. Be forewarned if your technician's name is Richard N., request someone else. Dianna Pohl
