Tom and his trainee did a great job working on our refrigerator. They were careful with our flooring so as not to scratch it. They checked everything out for possible problems. Went over ways to make sure we get the best functionality out of our refrigerator in the future with tips on best airflow, settings for crispers, etc. They fixed the issue and explained what needed to be done on our end, to finish it up, and what to expect once we did. Never again I gave Sears the code my fridge was showing and i had googled the code said i had a bad board and wouldnt comunicate with the touch panle so they just sent a repair technician out waited around all day for him he shows up at 3:10pm and was only here 5 mins to tell me parts are unavailable fridge is junk charge me $130 (for something that should have been done over the phone) sorry I can't help..not a happy customer never again will I use Sears appliance repair...Also communication sucks gave me a window from 8am ... read more
