The technician did a fantastic job.
Nolan was excellent. He identified the problem quickly last Friday. he ordered the part for delivery this Friday when he will return. part wasn't here yet this morning he spent1nour chasing it down. He showed, installed the part and fridge is working again. Will take awhile to cool. Have suggestion. when have no fridge for a week, Sears needs to suggest what to do.
Rudy was professional, communicated well and had the part ready to fix our oven, he was very quick. Thank you Rudy!
Our technician arrived on time with plenty of notice prior to. He performed the maintenance service and debriefed us on what he found. Also leveled the machine, which should improve performance. He was very nice and treated our home with respect. Great experience all around.
