Rudy was very helpful. What I am upset about is that I had to provide the details of my oven having no power at least six different times via text and email. And yet, no one suggested I unplug the oven and re-plug it in. That is what solve the problem. I’m very angry that I had to pay $129 for Rudy to tell me this. Someone should’ve told me this along the way. I would like my money back, and I am going to call soon to request that. Unless you can do that with this review. I am disappointed with Sears as a company.
The technician got the work done in a timely manner. Explained everything and cleaned up when he left.
